Makanda by the Sea is an adults-only boutique hotel set into a jungle hillside above the Pacific in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Complimentary golf carts carry you between your suite, the infinity pool, Shanti Spa and Árbol Restaurant. A secluded wild beach is accessible from the property; Manuel Antonio Beach is about a ten-minute walk.

Does the suite have a pool?
No private pool in this suite. The hotel’s infinity pool and Ocean Club lounge are for all Makanda guests, with complimentary golf-cart service. For a private pool, see the Honeymoon Junior Pool Villa.

Designed for two people. Makanda is adults only, 18 and over.
Is breakfast included?
